Complete Realty Service prides itself on a simple and fair fee structure, with DISCOUNTS starting for landlords who own 5 or more properties.
Management - 10% of monthly rent, capped at $150 for rents higher than $1,500 per month
Placement - 1 months rent & includes professional photos, in person showings and full credit, background and previous eviction search.
At Complete Realty Service, we pride ourselves on giving quality service to both landlord and tenant and with this we do NOT markup any maintenance performed during the management contract.
